摘要 ThisinvestigationwasperformedtostudyacousticfieldsignalinordertoimproveRSWquality.Researchersfirstlybuiltanacousticarraysensorsystem,whichincluded8MPA-416acousticsensors,dataacquisitioncardandLabVIEW.Thesystemobtainedtheacousticfieldinformationintheprocessofnuggetgrowing.Duetothenonlinearityfieldsignal,arraysensoralgorithmwasutilizedtoquantitativelyanalyzethecharacteristicsofacousticfieldandreducednoise.TheexperimentandcalculationresultsshowthatarraysensorsystemcanacquireacousticfieldsignalofnuggetgrowingintheRSWprocessandarrayprocessingalgorithmbasedonacousticfieldcanextractcharacteristicparameterstoevaluateRSWquality.ItwasconcludedthattheacousticarraysensorsystemoffersanewmethodologyforRSWqualityinspection.
