摘要 Real-timemeasurementofthefastaxisangleofaquarter-waveplatebasedonsimultaneousphaseshiftingtechniqueispresented.Thesimultaneousphaseshiftingfunctionisrealizedbyanorthogonalgrating,adiaphragm,ananalyzerarray,anda4-quadrantdetector.Theintensitiesofthelightbeamsfromthefouranalyzerswithdifferentazimuthsaremeasuredsimultaneously.Thefastaxisangleofthequarter-waveplateisobtainedthroughthefourlightintensityvalues.Inthismethod,rotatingelementsarenotrequired,soreal-timemeasurementisachieved.
