摘要 Thetransmissionpropertiesofone-dimensionalphotoniccrystalscontainingdouble-negativeandsingle-negativematerialsarestudiedtheoretically.Aspecialkindofphotonicbandgapisfoundinthisstructure.Thisgapisinvariantwithscalingandinsensitivetothicknessfluctuation.Butwhenchangingtheratioofthethicknessoftwomedia,thewidthofthegapcouldbeenlarged.Thedefectmodesareanalyzedbyinducingalineardefectlayerinthestructure.Itisfoundthatthenumberofdefectmodeswillincreasewhenthethicknessofthedefectlayerbecomeslarger.更多还原
