摘要 Inthisarticle,thelowpressureaxialflowfanwithcircumferentialskewedrotorblade,includingtheradialblade,theforward-skewedbladeandthebackward-skewedblade,wasstudiedwithexperimentalmethods.Theaerodynamicperformanceoftherotorswasmeasured.Atthedesignconditionatoutletoftherotors,detailedflowmeasurementswereperformedwithafive-holeprobeandaHot-WireAnemometer(HWA).Theresultsshowthatcomparedtotheradialrotor,theforward-skewedrotordemonstratesawiderStableOperatingRange(SOR),isabletoreducethetotalpressurelossinthehubregionandmakemainloadingofbladeaccumulatinginthemid-spanregion.Thereisawiderwakeintheuppermid-spanregionoftheforward-skewedrotor.Comparedtotheradialrotor,inthebackward-skewedrotorthereishighertotalpressurelossnearthehubandshroudregionsandlowerlossinthemid-spanregion.Inaddition,thevelocitydeficitinthewakeisloweratmid-spanofthebackward-skewedrotorthantheforward-skewedrotor.
