摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨观察泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的疗效。方法：以 2016年 3月 -2019年 6月为时间段，在我院消化内科收治的消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者中随机选择 122例作为对象，且将其分成对照组、研究组，各组 61例。对照组予以奥美拉唑治疗，研究组予以泮托拉唑。评价患者的临床疗效，且统计不良反应。结果：研究组总有效率、不良反应发生率优于对照组，二组比较存在统计学差异（ P<0.05）。结论：泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血，疗效显著，安全可靠。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: from March 2016 to June 2019, 122 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital were randomly selected as the objects, and they were divided into control group and study group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the study group was given pantoprazole. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results: the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were better than those in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: pantoprazole is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
