摘要
Acarriermethodforseparatingout-of-planedisplacementfromin-planecomponentsbasedonlargeimage-shearingshearographyispresented.Areferencesurfaceisfixedonthesideofatestobject.Theyareilluminatedbytwoexpandedsymmetricilluminationsrespectively.Thecarrierisintroducedbyrotatingthereferencesurfacetomodulatethedisplacementofanobject.ByusingFouriertransformtodemodulatethemodulatedfringepattern,twophasemaps,whichincludeout-of-planeandin-planedisplacements,canbeobtained.Thentheout-of-planedisplacementcanbeeasilyseparatedfromin-planedisplacementbysubtractionandadditionofthetwounwrappedphasedistributions.Theprincipleofthemethodispresentedandprovedbyatypicalthree-point-bendingexperiment.Experimentalresultsshowthatthemethodenjoyshighvisibilityofcarrierfringes.Thesystemdoesnotneedaspecialbeamasareferencelightandhassimpleopticalsetup.更多还原
