摘要
【摘 要】 目的 分析六君子汤联合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法：选取应用六君子汤联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 98例进行回顾性分析。将患者按照数字随机法分为对照组和实验组，每组 49例。 对照组患者给予多西他赛联合顺铂方案化疗治疗。实验组在对照组的治疗基础上增加六君子汤进行治疗。比较两者患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率和免疫功能改善情况。结果 实验组的总有效率（ 51.12%）明显高于对照组（ 36.74%），实验组免疫功能指标的改善均明显优于对照组。结论 中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用六君子汤联合化疗方案治疗的临床疗效显著，能有效降低不良反应，提高患者免疫功能。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect of Liujunzi Decoction Combined with chemotherapy on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 98 patients with advanced NSCLC treated with Liujunzi Decoction Combined with chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 49 cases in each group. The control group was given docetaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy. The experimental group was treated with Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, incidence of adverse reactions and improvement of immune function were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the experimental group (51.12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (36.74%). The improvement of immune function indexes in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion Liujunzi Decoction Combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which can effectively reduce adverse reactions and improve the immune function of patients.
