超声三维成像模式在筛查胎儿肢体畸形中的临床应用

摘要   【摘 要】目的:分析在筛查胎儿肢体畸形中使用超声三维成像模式的应用价值。方法:抽取 2017年 2月至 2020年 2月收治于我院的 15例肢体畸形胎儿,并均于产后得以证实。所有产妇在产前均进行二维、三维超声成像检查,并对比产后的肢体结构。分析两种产前方式对胎儿肢体畸形的检查价值。结果:孕妇分娩前使用三维超声检查胎儿肢体畸形的检出率为 93.33%较二维超声检查的检出率 73.33%要明显高( X2=4.66, P<0.05);孕妇分娩前进行三维超声检查一共发现 2例 3处肢体畸形漏检,具体有: 2处多指,少指 1处。结论:筛查胎儿肢体畸形中应用超声三维成像模式可以提供肢体畸形结构的准确信息,对人口出生质量的提升十分关键。    【关键词】超声三维成像模式;胎儿肢体;畸形  [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging mode in the screening of fetal limb deformity. Methods: from February 2017 to February 2020, 15 fetuses with deformity of limbs were selected and confirmed after delivery. All the parturients were examined by two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound before delivery, and compared with the limb structure after delivery. To analyze the value of two prenatal methods in the examination of fetal limb deformity. Results: the detection rate of three-dimensional ultrasound was 93.33% before delivery, which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (x2 = 4.66, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging mode in the screening of fetal limb deformity can provide accurate information of limb deformity structure, which is very important for the improvement of birth quality.
