探讨膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变的磁共振诊断分析

摘要    [摘要 ] 目的 评价磁共振( MRI)在膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变方面的诊断价值。 方法 选取该院 2017年 3月— 2018年 9月期间收治的 86例膝关节病变患者,在术前对其进行 MRI检查,并观察和分析其诊断结果。 结果 MRI诊断膝关节半月板病变的准确性、特异性及敏感性分别 90.4%、 94.1%、 92.5%,诊断膝关节软骨病变的准确性、特异性及敏感性分别为 41.2%、 94.1%、 65.3%。结论 MRI在诊断膝关节半月板与关节软骨病变方面具有较高的特异性,能早期确定膝关节病变,从而为临床治疗提供影像学支持。     [关键词 ] 磁共振;膝关节;半月板;软骨;病变;诊断价值  [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in meniscus and cartilage lesions of knee joint. Methods From March 2017 to September 2018, 86 patients with knee joint lesions were examined by MRI before operation, and the diagnostic results were observed and analyzed. Results The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of knee meniscus lesions were 90.4%, 94.1% and 92.5%, respectively. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of knee cartilage lesions were 41.2%, 94.1% and 65.3%, respectively. Conclusion MRI has high specificity in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and articular cartilage lesions. It can identify knee joint lesions early and provide imaging support for clinical treatment.
