摘要
【摘要】目的：探讨并分析免疫组织化学在卵巢肿瘤病理诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院 2018年 6月至 2019年 5月间医治的 159例卵巢肿瘤患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经过病理诊断， 159例卵巢肿瘤患者中患有原发性肿瘤的有 131例患者， 131例原发性肿瘤中表面上皮一间质性肿瘤的患者有 53例， 34例生殖细胞肿瘤患者， 24例患者诊断为性索 -间质肿瘤， 20例患者为非特殊性软组织肿瘤；余下的 28例患者诊断为转移性肿瘤。结论：免疫组织化学在卵巢肿瘤病理诊断和鉴别诊断中具有较高的医学价值，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the value of immunohistochemistry in the pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor. Methods: 159 patients with ovarian tumor who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to may 2019 were selected in this study and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: according to pathological diagnosis, 131 of 159 patients with primary ovarian tumor, 53 of 131 with superficial epithelial stromal tumor, 34 with germ cell tumor, 24 with sex cord stromal tumor, 20 with nonspecific soft tissue tumor, and the remaining 28 with metastatic tumor were diagnosed. Conclusion: immunohistochemistry has high medical value in the pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor, and it is worth popularizing.
