【摘要】目的：研究分析经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院行尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的 60例输尿管结石患者，将其临床资料及护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果： 60例输尿管结石全部一次性粉碎或取出成功，全部病例术后无并发症发生。结论：输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术安全有效，精心的术前准备及细致的术后护理，能有效提高手术成功率，防止术后并发症发生，缩短住院天数。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate and analyze the nursing experience of transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods: the subjects of this study were 60 patients with ureteral calculi who underwent ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in our hospital. The clinical data and nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 60 cases of ureteral calculi were all crushed or removed successfully. All cases had no complications after operation. Conclusion: ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is safe and effective. Careful preoperative preparation and careful postoperative care can effectively improve the success rate of operation, prevent postoperative complications and shorten the length of hospital stay.
