摘要 Canada'sHuskyEnergyInc.hasdiscoveredasignificantdeepwatergasreservewithitsChinesepartner,ChinaNationalOffshoreOilCorp.(CNOOC),intheSouthChinaSeanearHongKong.Basedonpreliminaryanalysisofdrillingresults,thediscoverycouldcontainapotentialrecoverableresourceoffourtosixtrillioncubicfeet(120billionto180billioncubicmeters)ofnaturalgas,theenergycompanysaidinastatement.'WeareverypleasedwithourexplorationresultsandthisdiscoveryconfirmsourconfidenceinthesignificantundiscoveredhydrocarbonpotentialintheSouthChinaSea,'JohnLau,HuskyCEOandpresidentsaid.'WelookforwardtoevaluatingthisdiscoveryandcontinuingourexplorationeffortsinChina.'
