摘要
摘要目的分析胸部外伤采用X线检查和CT检查的诊断价值.方法抽选我院于２０１３年６月至２０１５年６月期间收治的胸部外伤患者８０例,均进行X线平片检查和CT扫描检查,观察比较诊断结果和影像学特征.结果CT检出骨折损伤８２处、脏器损伤１２５处;X线检出骨折损伤８８处、脏器损伤７９处.X线在肋骨、锁骨骨折中的检出率高,CT在胸骨、胸椎骨折和脏器损伤中的检出率高.P＜０．０５,差异有统计学意义.结论对于胸部外伤患者而言,临床诊断应用X线和CT各有优势,联合检查能够减少误诊、漏诊,应根据患者的外伤情况合理选择.关键词胸部外伤;X线;CT;诊断价值AbstractobjectivetoanalyzethechesttraumausingthediagnosticvalueofX－rayandCTexamination．MethodsselectedfromJune２０１３toJune２０１５treated８０casesofpatientswithchesttrauma,theexaminationoftheX－rayplainfilmandCTscan,lookfordiagnosisandimagingfeatures．ResultstheCTdeＧtectionoffracturedamage８２１２５,visceralinjury;X－raydetectionoffracturedamage８８７９,visceralinjury．X－raydetectionrateishigh,intheribsandabrokencollarboneCTinsternum,thoracicvertebrafractureandvisceradamagedetectionrateishigh．P＜０．０５,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant．Conclusionforpatientswithchesttrauma,clinicaldiagnosticapplicationofX－rayandcomputedtomography(CT)havetheirownadvantages,jointinspectiontoreducemisdiagＧnosisandmisseddiagnosis,withpatienttraumashouldbebasedonrationalchoice．中图分类号R８２６．６３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１２８２－０１
