Analysis of the Caudal Vortices Evolvement around Flapping Foil-中国期刊网

摘要 Theviscousflowfieldaroundtwo-dimensionalflapping(heavingandpitching)foilswasnumericallycomputed.Thestructuralcharacteristicsofcaudalvorticeswereinvestigatedandthecontourcurvesatdifferentphaseangleswereobtained.Therelationshipsbetweenthestructuralcharacteristicsofthevorticesandtheforceactingonthefoilandbetweenthewidthsofthecaudalvortexstreetandofthecaudalflowfieldwereanalyzed.Amethodtodeterminethesheddingfrequencyofthevorticeswasproposed.
