摘要
摘要目的观察唑来膦酸钠及鲑鱼降钙素在抗骨质疏松症治疗中的反应差异,为指导今后的临床用药提供理论依据.方法选取我院住院骨质疏松症患者１２０例,分为A组、B组、C组.均在补充钙剂及维生素D基础上,第一周A组、C组常规治疗,B组每天肌肉注射鲑鱼降钙素５０iu,观察记录每位患者疼痛缓解症状;第二周,三组同时给予静脉输注唑来膦酸钠注射液５mg,输注当天A组、B组预防性应用５００~１０００mg的对乙酰氨基酚,并维持至治疗后２４~４８h.治疗期间由责任护士测量体温变化,并认真记录,观察体温波动,总结最高体温与发热天数.结果B组较A组、C组患者疼痛症状缓解明显,A组、B组发热比例、发热天数及最高体温均较C组明显降低.即鲑鱼降钙素对于骨质疏松症患者缓解疼痛有显著疗效;对乙酰氨基酚常规预防性应用,对于缓解和纠正患者应用唑来膦酸钠后急性不良反应,如发热情况,疗效显著.结论骨质疏松患者疼痛明显时,可首先选用鲑鱼降钙素辅助治疗;使用唑来膦酸钠治疗同期,建议常规预防性使用对乙酰氨基酚以减少急性期不良反应的发生率.关键词骨质疏松症唑来膦酸钠鲑鱼降钙素疼痛发热TheclinicalobservationofusingZoledronatesodiumandsalmoncalcitoninintreatmentofosteoporosisWANGYong－ge１QIAODong－fang２MASong－zao３YANGPeng－bin１RUANZhi－yong１JINHao２１．Pharmacy２．EndocrinologyDepartment３．SpinalandJointDepartment,NanyangCityOilfieldGenＧeralHopitalofHenanProvince,NanyangCity４７３１３２,Henan,ChinaAbstractObjectiveToobservethedifferentreactionbetweenZoledronatesodiumandSalmoncalcitonininthetreatmentofosteoporosis,andprovideatheoreticalbasisforthefutureclinicaltreatment．Methods１２０patientshavingosteoporosisinourhospitalaredividedintogroupA,groupBandgroupC．WithbeinggivenCalciumandVitaminDtoallthegroups,inthefirstweek,groupAandgroupCaregivenroutinetreatment,groupBwasgivendailyintramuscularinjectionofSalmoncalcium５０iu,andeverypatients’painreliefisobservedandrecorded;inthesecondweek,allofthreegroupsaregivenintravenousinfusionofZoledronatesodium５mg,inthesameday,groupAandgroupBarepreventivelygiven５００~１０００mgAcetylaＧminophenolandmaintaintreatmentfor２４to４８h．Duringthetreatment,thevariationsofpatients’bodytemperaturearerecordedandsummarizethemaximumofbodytemperatureandthefeverdays．ResultsThesymptomsofpainingroupBaresignificantlyrelievedmorethanthatingroupA,groupC．GroupAandgroupB’sfeverdaysandthehighestbodytemperaturearesignificantlylowerthanthatingroupC．NamelySalmoncalcitoninonosteoporosispatientshasasignificanteffectinpainrelif;preventiveuseofAcetylaminophenolhasadramaticaeffecttoeaseandcorrectacutereactionsafterZoledronatesodiumtreatment,suchasfever,ConclusionOsteoporosispatientswithobviouspaincanfirstusethesalmoncalcitoninastherapy;duringthetreatmentofusingZoledronatesodium,itisrecommendedroutinepreventiveuseofAcetylaminophenolinordertoreducetheincidenceofaＧcuteuknewyawntoerddsreactions．osteoporosisZoledronatesodiumSalmonCalcitoninpainfever中图分类号R９６文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０８０６－０２
