摘要
摘要目的探讨非手术综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法采用牵引、理疗、椎旁注射、骶管封闭、手法、药物、卧床休息,腰背肌功能训练等多种方法结合治疗１４４例腰椎间盘突出症患者,并采用VAS和JOA评分评估疗效.结果１４４例患者经治疗后腰、腿痛症状均得到了不同程度的缓解.优５８例,良７４例,可８例,差４例.优良率达９０％.结论针对腰椎间盘突出症,非手术综合治疗疗效良好稳定,值得推广.关键词腰椎间盘突出症;非手术综合治疗;JOA评分AbstractObjectiveThispaperexplorestheefficacyofnon－operativecomprehensivetreatmentoflumbarintervertebraldischerniation．MethodsMultiplemethodshavebeencombinedforthetreatmentof１４４patientswithlumbarintervertebraldiscprolapse,includingtraction,physiotherapy,paravertebralinjection,sacralcanalblocking,manipulation,pharmaceuticaltreatment,bedrest,exerciseofbackmuscle,etc．EfficacyisevaluatedusingVASandJOAscoring．Resultsaftertreatment,１４４patientsexperiＧencedalleviationoftheirbackandlegpainsymptomstodifferentdegrees．Resultsareexcellentfor５８cases,goodfor７４cases,passableforeightcasesandpoorforfourcases．９０％ofcasesachievedgoodorexcellentresults．Conclusionforlumbarintervertebraldischerniation,thenon－operativecomprehensivetreatmenthasbeenproventobeefficaＧciousaKnedythweorredfsoreisrecommendedtobeadoptedonawidescale．Lumbarintervertebraldischerniation;Non－operativecomprehensivetreatment;JOAscoring中图分类号R２７４文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０８６５－０２
