摘要
摘要目的探究水疗结合婴儿抚触对中枢性协调障碍患儿的临床疗果.方法选自我院２０１３年６月－－２０１４年５月期间所收治的７２例中枢性协调障碍患儿,依据入院顺序单双号将其分为实验组与参照组,每组患儿３６例.参照组患儿给予药物、高压氧等综合疗法,实验组患儿在参照组治疗基础上实施水疗结合抚触疗法.比较两组患儿的治疗有效率以及１周岁时的智商、运动等发育情况.结果实验组患儿经治疗后的有效率明显高于参照组,P＜０．０５;１周岁时的智商发育情况与运动效果优于参照组,P＜０．０５.结论水疗结合抚触疗法治疗中枢性协调障碍患儿的临床疗效显著,有利于患儿的正常发育,降低脑瘫发生率,具有重要的临床实践价值.关键词水疗;婴儿抚触;中枢性协调障碍;发育SpacombinedwithbabytoucheffectobservationofchildrenwithcentralcoordinationdisorderAbstractobjectivetoexplorethespacombinedwithbabytouchtheclinicaltherapyofchildrenwithcentralcoordinationdisorder．MethodstochooseselfcourtonJune６,２０１３－May２０１４treated７２casesofchildrenwithcentralcoordinationdisorder,accordingtotheorder．Theadmissionwillbedividedintotheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup,eachgroupofchildrenwith３６cases．Referencegroupchildrengivemedicines,hyperbaricoxygenandothercomprehensivetreatment,theexＧperimentalgroupofchildreninthecontrolgrouptreatmentonthebasisoftheimplementationofthespacombinedwithtouchtherapy．ComparedtwogroupsofchildrenwithtreatmentefficientandIQwhen１onefullyearoflife,suchassportsdevelopmentsituation．Resultstheexperimentalgroupwithefficientofaftertreatmentwasobviouslyhigherthanthatofcontrolgroup,P＜０．０５;１onefullyearoflifewhentheintelligencedevelopmentsituationandmovementeffectisbetterthanthecontrolgroup,P＜０．０５．Conclusionthecombinationofspatouchtherapyforcentralcoordinationdisorderthepatient＇sclinicalcurativeeffectisdistinct,behelpfulforthenormaldevelopmentofchildren,reducetheincidenceofcerebralpalsy,hastheimportantclinicalpracticevalue．Keywordsthespa;Babytouch;Centralcoordinationdisorder;development中图分类号R４７３．７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８９１－０１
