摘要
Onthebasisofthequantizationofmesoscopicbiologicalcellequivalentcircuit,westudiedthequantumfluctuationsofvoltageandcurrentofmesoscopicbiologicalcellequivalentcircuitasfinitetemperaturebyBogoliuovtransformation.Theresultshowsthatthequantumfluctuationsofvoltageandcurrentnotonlyrelatewiththeparametersofequivalentcircuit,temperature,butalsodecaywithtime.Thisresultmayhavesignificantvalueonthedesignandapplicationofthebio-electronicapparatus.
