摘要
摘要目的探讨锥形束CT在口腔内科临床诊断以及治疗中的临床应用实例及价值,为锥形束CT的广泛临床推广提供科学严谨的理论依据.方法将３０例收治的根管再治疗患者和４５例根尖周炎患者分为两组,所有７５例患者均进行锥形束CT影像学检查和数字牙片投照系统检查,准确系统地记录患者的牙痛发生部位以及诊断的准确性和准确率,所有患者检查结果均经我院口腔内科两位经验丰富的医师进行综合评估,并对评估结果使用KAPPA检验,以验证其一致性,并选用SPSS１７．０软件包进行统计分析.结果２位医师评估结果的KAPPA值为０．８４,评估结果一致性良好.３０例根管再治疗的患者及４５例根尖周炎患者的锥形束CT影像学检查结果准确率显著优于数字牙片投照系统检查结果(P＜０．０５).讨论CBCT可以清楚地展现三维影像,有利于临床医生更加直观、全面、准确地了解牙体牙髓病变的性质、位置、范围及程度,值得临床工作中广泛推广.关键词锥形束CT;口腔内科;诊断治疗AbstractobjectivetodiscusstheconebeamCTinclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmentoforalmedicineclinicalapplicationandvalue,andforthewidelyclinicalpromotionofconebeamCTprovidesscientificrigoroustheoreticalbasis．Methods３０patientstreatedrootcanaltreatmentofthepatientsand４５patientswithperiarthritisofroottipsweredividedintotwogroups,all７５patientswithconebeamCTimaginganddigitaltoothsliceofexposuresystemcheck,accuratesystemtorecordthepatient＇stoothacheloＧcationanddiagnosisaccuracy,andtheaccuracyofallpatienttestresultsbythedepartmentoforalmedicinetwoexperiencedphysicians,acomprehensiveevaluationandtheeＧvaluationresultsusingKAPPAtest,toverifytheirconsistency,andselectstheSPSS１７．０softwarepackageforstatisticalanalysis．Theresultsoftheassessmentresults２physicianKAPPAvaluewas０．８４,evaluationresultsareingoodconsistency．３０casesofrootcanaltreatmentofthepatientsand４５patientswithperiarthritisofroottipsofconebeamCTimagingexaminationresultsaccuracyissignificantlysuperiortothedigitaltoothsliceshotsaccordingtosystemtestresults(P＜０．０５)．CBCTcanclearlyshowthe３dimage,helpclinicaldoctorsmoreintuitive,comprehensiveandaccurateunderstandingofthenatureofthetoothpulplesions,location,scopeanddegree,andisworthKpeoypuwlaorridzisngwidelyinclinicalwork．ConebeamCT;Oralmedicine．Diagnosisandtreatment中图分类号R７８文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０７０６－０１
