摘要
TheNetAcetmethodhasbeendevelopedtomakepredictionsofN-terminalacetylationsites,butmoreinformationofthedatasetcouldbeutilizedtoimprovetheperformanceofthemodel.Byemployinganewwaytoextractpatternsfromsequencesandusingasamplebalancingmechanism,weobtainedacorrelationcoefficientof0.85,andasensitivityof93%onanindependentmammaliandataset.Awebserverutilizingthismethodhasbeenconstructedandisavailableathttp://166.111.24.5/acetylation.html.
