α-Cyclodextrin Incorporated Carbon Nanotube-coated Electrode for the Simultaneous Determination of Dopamine and Epinephrine-中国期刊网

摘要 Anα-cyclodextrin(α-CD)incorporatedcarbonnanombe(CNT)-coatedelectrodewasfabricatedandappliedtothesimultaneousdeterminationofdopamine(DA)andepinephrine(EP).Ithasbeenfoundthatthemodifiedelectrodeshowsstrongcatalyticeffectsontheelectro-separationofDAandEP,andthecathodicpotentialdifferencebetweenDAandEPisabout390mV.ThereducingpeakcurrentisproportionaltoDAandEPconcentrationsintherangeof2.0×10^-6-1.0×10^-3and1.0×10^-6-1.0×10^-3mol·L^-1,respectively.Theirdetectionlimitscanreach1×10^-6and5×10^-7mol·L^-1,respectively.Becausetheoxidationofascorbicacid(AA)isanirreversiblereactioninα-CD/CNTfilm,theinterferenceofAAindeterminationofDAandEPiseliminated.
