Management of symptomatic ureteric stumps laparoscopically-中国期刊网

摘要 Aim:Tostudytheadvantageofexcisionofthedistalsymptomaticuretericstumpswiththeretroperitoneallaparoscopicapproach.Methods:Fourpatientswhohadfailedtosettletheirsymptomswiththeinitialconservativemanagementwereincludedinthestudy.Allunderwentexcisionofthedistalsymptomaticuretericstumpswiththeretroperitoneallaparoscopicapproachandthenreceivedprophylacticantibiotics.Results:Wehaveachievedbetterresultsthanthosereportedintheliteratureintermsofoperatingtime(mean1h45min),bloodloss(＜10mL),postoperativerecovery(within12h)andhospitalstay(＜48h).Conclusion:Retroperitoneallaparoscopicexcisionisasafe,simpleandeffectivemethodinthemanagementofsymptomaticuretericstumps.
