摘要
Basedonstatisticalanalysis,thispaperstatesthatfourtypesofruralinfrastructureasroads,electrcity,communications,andeducationhavestatisticallysignificanteffectsonagriculturalproduction,nonagriculturalproduction,andfarmers'incomeinChina.However,thespecificsandthedegreesoftheseinfluencesaredifferent.Therefore,differentpolicieshavetobeimplementedrespectivelytomakefulluseofthelimitedfundsinChina.Meanwhile,thematuritylevelofruralinfrastructureaswithruraleconomicdevelopmenthasregionaldiscrepancy.Thelevelsofmaturitydecreasefromeasttowest.itisurgentthatthecurrentweaksituationoftheruralInfrastructureinwesternChinaneedstobeimproved.
