摘要 Tumorgrowthandmetastasisareangiogenesis-dependent.Anti-angiogenictherapymaybeausefulapproachtocancertherapy.Thisreviewdiscussedtumorangiogenesisandimmunotherapyoftargetingtumorangiogenesisfromtwomainaspects:(1)activevaccinationtoinduceeffectiveanti-angiogenesisimmunity;(2)passiveimmunotherapywithanti-pro-angiogenicmoleculesrelevantantibody.Evidencefromtherecentyearssuggestedthatanti-angiogenictherapyshouldbeoneofthemostpromisingapproachestocancertherapy.
