Photoluminescence and X-ray Diffraction of Distributed Bragg Reflector-中国期刊网

摘要 SpectralandstructuralcharacteristicsofdistributedBraggreflector(DBR)invertical-cavitysurface-emittinglaserswerestudiedwithphotoluminescenceanddouble-crystalX-raydiffractionmeasurement.TheexpectedhighqualityepitaxialDBRstructurewasverified.IntheX-raydouble-crystalrockingcurvesofDBRthezeroth-orderpeak,thefirstandsecondordersatellitepeaksweremeasured.Splittingofdiffractionpeakappearedintherockingcurveswasanalyzed.Theeffectsofintroduceddeepenergylevelsonthestructuralperfectionandopticalpropertieswerediscussed.
