摘要
Polyacrylate-basedconductivecoatingswerepreparedfrompolyacrylateemulsionasmatrixandcarbonblack(CB)whosesurfacewastreatedwithtitanatecouplingagentasconductingparticles.OnekindoforganiccrystalwasaddedtostudyitseffectsontheelectricalconductivityandPTC(positivetemperaturecoeffi-cient)effectoftheconductivecoatings.ExperimentalresultsshowthatthecoatingscontainingonlypolyacrylateemulsionandCBexhibitanexcellentelectricalconductivitybutbadPTCeffect,andwhenorganiccrystalisadded,PTCeffectischaracterizedandcanincreaseby2ordersofmagtitude.Thecriticaltransformationtemperatureofpolyacrylateemulsion/CBPTCcompositesisdecidedbymeltingpointoforganiccrystals.
