摘要
Anewflowtheoryisestablishedthroughtheobjectivityrequirementonthefluiddynamics.Itwasknownthatinhomogeneousfluidmotiongaverisetoviscousforcewhiletheselectionofobserversondifferentspace-timepointswouldchangesuchaninhomogeneouscharacter.Therefore,whentheviscousforcewasconsideredasanobjectiveexistenceforeigntotheselectionofobservers,theforminvariancesofviscousforceandmomentumequationunderlocalrotationtransformationrequiredanewdynamicfield,namelythevortexfieldtobeintroduced.ThenthedynamicalequationsofallflowfieldswereobtainedthroughconstructingtheLagrangiandensityoffluidsystemandusingthevariationalapproachofenergy.
