Thenon-lineardynamicmodelissetupofonetypeofhigh-speedpaintingautomizorwithgassupportingsystem.Thestabilityofmotionanddynamicresponseofthegaspaintingautomizorsystemarestudiedoverarelativelywiderangeofrotatingspeedbynumericalanalyticmethod,thecriticalvelocityunderworkingconditionisfound,androtatestabilityandcriticalconditionarediscussedintheory.Furthermore,therangeofthecriticalparameterofthesystemwhenHopfbifurcationoccursandthelawbetweenaxistraceandbearingclearanceareacquired,too.
