摘要 Afterthesingle-strainabilitiesoforganic-pollutant-degradingbacteriainbioremediationofsedimentenvironmentofshrimpculturearedetermined,themultistraindegradingeffectofthecompositionsofdifferentstrainsismeasured.Theresultsindicatethatthemulti-strainsgroupshavehigherdegradingabilitythanthesingle-straingroups.Three-straingroupsarebetterthantwo-straingroups,andfourstraingroupsarebetterthanthree-straingroupsandfive-straingroups,thegroupscomposedofstrainsLt7222,Lt7511,Fc6308andGy7018hasthebestdegradingeffect,theCODMnremovalrateis73.2%in66h,andgetsto82.7%in114h,30%higherthanthatofthebestsingle-straingroup;GroupsofLt7222,Lt7511,Lt7451andGy7018arethesecond,whoseCODMnremovalrateis82.1%in114h,Itissuggestedthatmulti-speciesbacteriabeusedasfunctionalbacteriainbiorernediationofmaricultureenvironment.
