Ecologicalproductsbelongtopublicproducts.Accordingtothecharacteristicheterogeneityofpublicproducts,theycanbeclassifiedintopurepublicproductsandquasi-publicproductsincluding'common-poolgoods','clubgoods'and'conditionedgoods'.Guidedbythetheoryofpublicproductssupplyandbasedonnationalconditions,thispaperthinksthatanecologicalproductsupplymodelshouldbeformed,whichisledbythegovernmentandcoordinatedallocationofpublicresourcesbetweenthegovernmentandthemarketinChina.Someofthepurepublicgoodsaresuppliedbythegovernmentbythewayof'environmentalregulation+propertyrightsmarket'andecologicalcompensation;someofthequasi-publicgoodsaresuppliedbythemarketbythewayoffranchisingandecologicalpurchasing.
