摘要
Acupunctureplaysadominantroleintreatingfunctionaldyspepsia(FD).ByreviewingandevaluatingclinicalRCTandfundamentalresearchwithhighqualityinthepast17years,itisfoundthatspecificacupointsarethechiefinthetreatmentofFD;additionally,therearedifferencesbetweenspecificacupointsandnon-specificacupointsintherapeuticeffect,explainingthatthespecificityofmeridianpointsplaysanimportantroleintreatment.However,becauseofinadequatehigh-qualityresearchesinclinics,thespecificityofacupointscan’tbeproveduntiltheresearchesofclinicaleffectandmechanismoftherapeuticdifferenceareintensified.
