摘要 Asamaincomponentofinternationalhumanrightsdocuments,theUnitedNationscorehumanrightsconventionsshowobviousformalandsubstancecommonalities.TheformalcommonalitiesconsistintheirbeingadoptedbyUNGeneralAssemblyandtheirsimilarityinstructure,subjectsandsystems.Theircommonalitiesinsubstanceincludethesimilarityofcontents,thehomogeneityoftheproceduralmechanismsandthecomplementarynatureoftheirnormativeinterpretation.ThecommonalitiesamongtheUN’scorehumanrightstreatiesistheinevitablerequirementoftheuniversalityandwholenessofhumanrights.
