摘要 Theheatedprocessofrawmaterialsforelectrontrappingmaterials(ETM)isinvestigatedbythermo-analysismethod.Thetemperaturerangesofrawmaterialsexperiencedsomephysicalandchemicalchangeprocesses,suchasdehydration,organicsolventremoval,crystalsulphurburning,oxidationofalkalineearthsulfidesandsolidphasereaction(rareearthdoped)andsoon,areobtained.TheexperimentalresultsalsoshowthatthepresenceoftraceoxygeninshieldedgasisveryharmfultopreparetheETM.Therawmaterialthermo-analysisresultsprovideveryimportantexperimentalreferenceforoptimizingtheETMpreparationtechniques.
