摘要 Objective:Toreportacaseofintractableskinreactionscausedbybone-anchoredhearingaid(BAHA)implantationtoimproveourunderstandingandtreatmentofBAHAimplantation-causedskinreactions.Methods:WereportedacaseofsevereskinreactionscausedbyBAHAimplantation.Relatedliteraturewerealsoreviewed.Results:WefoundgradeIVskinreactions,includinghyperplasiaaroundtheimplant,whichledtotheremovaloftheBAHAimplant10monthsafterimplantation.Thefindingsindicatedpoorskinhygiene,allergytotitaniumandinadequatesurgicalsskillsasthepossiblecausesoftheskinreaction.Conclusion:Skinadversereactions,usuallyrareinBAHAimplantationpatients,maycauseimplantremovalandimplantationfailure.Wesuggesttofurtherinvestigatethemechanismsunderlyingtitaniumallergy.
