Thesolid-phasesynthesisofisoxazolineson2-polystyrylsulfonamidoethanolresinisreported.2-Polystyrylsuifonamidoethanolresin1wasreactedwithacryloylchloridetoafford2-polystyrylsulfonylamidoethylacrylateresin2,whichwasfurtherreactedwithbrominatedaldoximesby[3+2]cycioadditiontogiveisoxazolineresin4.Resin4wastreatedwithaqueous6mol/LHCIsolutiontoobtainisoxazolinesingoodyieldandpurity.
