摘要
Anewandaninexpensiveadsorbentofchitosancoatedsilicaforimmobilizedmetalaffinitychromatography(IMAC)wasstudied.Afteradoublecoating,thechitosancoatedonsilicabeadscouldbeupto53.4mg/gsilicabeads.WhenpH>3.8,themetalligandCu^2+waschelatedonthecoatedchitosanwithaboundcapacityof14.6mg/gchitosanwithoutintroducingiminodiaceticacid(IDA).
