Coupled quantum molecular cavity optomechanics with surface plasmon enhancement

摘要 Cavityoptomechanicsisappliedtostudythecouplingbehaviorofinteractingmoleculesinsurfaceplasmonsystemsdrivenbytwo-colorlaserbeams.Differentfromthetraditionalforce–distancemeasurement,duetoaresonantfrequencyshiftorapeaksplittingontheprobespectrum,wehaveproposedaconvenientmethodtomeasurethevanderWaalsforcestrengthandinteractionenergyvianonlinearspectroscopy.Theminimumforcevaluecanreachapproximately10-15N,whichis3to4ordersofmagnitudesmallerthanthewidelyappliedatomicforcemicroscope(AFM).Itisalsoshownthattwoadjacentmoleculeswithsimilarchemicalstructuresandnearlyequalvibrationalfrequenciescanbeeasilydistinguishedbythesplittingofthetransparencypeak.Basedonthiscoupledoptomechanicalsystem,wealsoconceptuallydesignatunableopticalswitchbyvanderWaalsinteraction.Ourresultswillprovidenewapproachesforunderstandingthecomplexanddynamicinteractionsinmolecule–plasmonsystems.
