Crustal Movement in the Northern Part of North China Associated with Zhangbei Earthquake-中国期刊网

摘要 CrustaldeformationinthenorthernpartofNorthChinaassociatedwithZhangbeiearthquakeisanalyzedusingGPSdatacollectedduring1992,1996and1999,precisere-levelingdatacol-lectedduring1992,1998and2000,andINSARresult(September22,1997-May6,1998).Theresultsindicate:①Theverticaldeformationisnotremarkablesince1992.TheverticalcrustaldeformationinthecentralandnorthernpartofNorthChinainrecent10yearsisofin-heritance.Thescopeofthesignificantdeformationis15km×15kmwithamagnitudeof250mmwhentheeventoccurred.②ThehorizontaldeformationisnotremarkableinanyunitofNorthChina.③Beforeandaftertheevent(1992-1996and1996-1999),thereiskinematicchangeofhorizontalmotionbetweendifferentunits.TheactivitymodealongYinshantectoniczonechangedfromrelativestaticstatetoleft-lateralstrikeslip;ThedominantextensionalmovementalongShanziriftzonechangedtoright-lateralstrikeslip;Yanshantectoniczonechangedfromleft-lateralstrike-slipwithextensiontoleft-lateralstrikeslip;Yanshan-Hebeitransitionalzoneformedbeforetheeventdisappearedaftertheevent.④Thescaleofthedeformationiscloselyrelatedtothephysicalpropertyofmediaandgeologicalstructureenvironment.Furtheranalys-isindicatesthat①ZhangbeiearthquakedoesnotmeanthattheearthquakeactivitybeginstobestrengthenedinNorthChina;②Thecrustalmovementisnormalatpresent;③Nextstron-gerearthquakeinNorthChianmightbelocatedinYanshantectoniczone,especiallyatitsbothends,andShanxitectoniczone.
