摘要
ToseparatethecadmiumandnickelresourcesinwasteNi-Cdbatteries,aself-designedvacuumdistillationrecyclingsystemwasstudiedunderlaboratoryconditions.Theeffectsofsystemtemperature,operatingpressure,andtimeontheseparationofNiandCdwerestudiedrespectively.Themechanismofvacuumthermalrecyclingwasalsodiscussed.ResultsshowthatvacuumdistillationisaveryeffectiveseparationmethodforwasteNi-Cdbatteries.AtaConstantpressure,theincreaseoftemperaturecanimprovetheseparatingefficiencyofCd.Whenthetemperatureis1173K,Cadmiumcanevaporatecompletelyfromthesamplesduring3hat10Pa,ThereductionofpressureinacertainrangeiseffectivetotheseparatingofCdfromNi-Cdbatteriesbyvacuumdistillation.
