摘要 Afullytransparentwavelengthconvengthconverterisdemonstratedbasedonfour-wavemixing(FWM)inasemiconductoropticalamplifier-fiberringlaser.TwoWDMsignalsatthewavelengthof1549.3nmand1550.9nmarerespectivelyconvertedsimultaneouslywithamaximumwavelengthshiftof6.4nmforthefirsttime.Highnondegeneration.FWMisobservedforadetuningrangeover3THz.Thisschemehasbetterconversionefficiencythanthatofconventionalsinglesemiconductoropticalamplifierconverter.
