摘要
Inthispaper,anumericalinvestigationaboutthemetaltransferofGMAWisinvestigatedbasedonthephasefieldmodel.Bedifferentofmostpublishedwork,wetakethethermocapillaryeffectandmixtureenergyintotheprocessofphasetransferandinterfacechangewhichisdifferentfromvolumeoffluid(VOF)method.Wediscretizethewholemodelwithacontinuousfiniteelementmethodandwealsoapplyapenaltyformulationtothecontinuityconditionenhancingthestabilityofthepressure.MetaltransferofGMAWwithconstantandpulsecurrentiscomputedasnumericalexampleswhichagreeswellwiththedataofhigh-speedphotography.Theresultshowsthatthecomputingprocessofthephasefieldmodelisstabilityandithasahigherprecisioninpredictingthediameterofdroplet.
