摘要
Theutilizationofsedimentinreservoirsasresourcesisanefficientwaytoreducereservoirsedimentationandturndisadvantageintobenefit.Basedoneconomic,socialandecologicalfunctionsofsedimentresources,thispaperputsforwardatwo-layer,three-dimensionalevaluationindexsystem.ItalsoestablishessixdirectandindirectindicatorswiththeirformulastocalculatethecomprehensivebenefitsofsedimentutilizationintheXixiayuanreservoiroftheYellowRiverwithavolumeof2000m3.Theresultsshowthatsocialbenefitswouldbemoreprominent,withtheecologicalbenefitscomingsecond.ThisdemonstratesthattheindirectpublicvalueofutilizingthesedimentresourcesintheYellowRiverBasincanbefargreaterthanitsdirecteconomicvalue.
