摘要
CrosslinkedN,O-carboxymethylchitosanresinswhichcanselectivelyadsorbtriglyceride,werepreparedbythereactionofN,O-carboxymethylchitosanwithglutaraldehydesolution.Adsorptionexperimentswereperformedbyaddingtheresinstotheserum.Theresultsshowedthatthistypeofadsoirbentcouldcutdowntheconcentrationoftriglycerideinserumby56.4%(3.35mg/gresin)atmost,whileconcentrationofthetotalprotein(TP)decreasedonlyby10.9%atleast,sothisnoveladsorbentcanbeusedtocurehypertriglyceridemiabyhemoperfusioninthefuture.
