摘要
Threepatternsofpotashapplicationwereusedinthecorn-wheatandrice-wheatrotationexperiments,whichwereconductedintheuplandandwetlandofSiyangCounty,northernJiangsuProvuince,andthewetlandofLiyangCity,southernJiangsuProvince.Theresultsof5croppingseasons(2seasons/year)showedthatthedirectresponseofcorntoKwaslargerthanthatofwheat,butnodifferencewasfoundbetweenriceandwheatinSiyangwhenthetotalannualamountofKwasappliedonlyinonecroppingseason.However,theresponseofwheatwasmuchgreaterthanthatofriceinLiyang.Ifpotashwasappliedintheprecedingseason,theresidualeffectofKonwheatwaslargerthanthatonricebothinSiyangandLiyang,butlessthanthatoncorn,Thetotaleffect(directandresidualeffects)ofKappliedtocornorricewasgreaterthanthattowheatinSiyang,butthattowheatwasgreaterinLiyang.ThedirectandtotaleffectsofKapplicationintheuplandwerelargerthanthoseinthewetlandofsiyang;butfrothewetland,theeffectswerelargerinLiyangthaninSiyang,especiallyinthewheatseason.Theresultsdemonstratedthatthemostprofitablepracticetoberecommendedtothelocalfarmerswastoapplyalimitedamountofpotashtoonlyriceorcornbutnottowheat.EquallyapplyinghalfofthetotalannualamoutofKtoeachofthecropsmaybeadvisableinordertolessenpossiblefertilizationrisks.
