摘要 CorporateEnvironmentalResponsibility(CER)isthesubsystemofCorporateSocialResponsibility(CSR),whichcontinuestoincreaseprominenceintheglobaleconomy.Nowadays,CERbecomesmoreimportantincorporatesustainabledevelopment.BasedonCarroll’spyramidmodeofCSR,thisarticleexploresthesystematicfeatureofCER.Fromasystematicperspective,itsortsoutitselements,structure,function,andprinciplesofCER.Andthefourlevelsofeconomic,legal,ethical,andcharitablestructureareemphasized.Withtheseconsiderationsinterpretedintopractice,successwillbeachievedinpotentialcostsavings,technologicalinnovation,increasedpublicacceptance,andbetterrelationswithgovernments.
