Optimal Control Policy for Environment withScience and Technology Stochastic Occur-中国期刊网

摘要 Inthispaper,thecontrolpolicyforenvironmentwithtwokindsofirreversibility,whichworkinoppositedirectionsanduncertaintyofcostisregardedasaninvestmentdecision.Byusingreal-optiontheory,thepaperpresentsthemodeloftheoptimalcontrolpolicyforenvironmentunderthescienceandtechnologythatcanreduceenvironmentpollutionstochasticoccur.Thepaperhasdiscussedtheeffectsofchangesinthevariousparametersonthecriticalvalueatwhichthepolicyshouldbeadopted.Theresultsshowthattheoptimalcontrolpolicyisquitesensitivetothescienceandtechnologywhichcanreduceenvironmentpollutionstochasticoccur,pointingtotheimportanceofcarefullyaccountingforitsimpactindeterminingthecontrolpolicyforenvironment.
