摘要
Thedevelopmentofhumanrightsinmodernwormrequiresthesameattitudetoallsegmentsofsocietyandtoallpeoplewithoutanyexclusion.Everyonehasthesamerightsandnoonecanbedeprivedoftheserightsonthebasisofanyfeatures,especiallydisability.TheaimofthisstudyisrevealingofthechallengesencounteredintheintegrationofpersonswithdisabilitiesintosocietyofAzerbaijan.Themainvalueinthisstudyisgiventotheinclusiveinfrastructure,inviewofthefactthatitisanimportantaspectcontributingtheintegrationofpersonswithdisabilityintosociety.Themethodofliteraturereviewandlegalanalysisiscarriedoutinthestudy.Todeterminetheattitudeofthepopulationtotheconstructionofinclusiveenvironmentaquestionnairesurveyofthepopulationwasconducted.Onthebasisofthisresearch,proposalsthatcanfacilitatetheinte~rrationofpersonswithdisabilitieshavebeenforwarded.
