摘要
ThisworkprovidessomeevidencesforthesaponinproductionofPanaxnotoginsengcallusbyusingbiologi-callyactive,wall-relatedoligosaccharins.Inanappropriateconcentration,threekindsofoligosaccharinsstimulatedsaponinformationorcallusgrowth.TheconcentrationofDO,GOandCOforsaponinproductionofPanaxnotoginsengcallusculturewere15ppm,15ppmaud20ppmrespectivelybycomparingsaponinyield.ItwasveryobviousforDOtoincreasesaponincontentwhentheconcentrationwas10ppm,andforGOtostimulatecallusgrowthwhentheconcentrationwas20ppm.Itwouldbeagoodwaytoproducesaponinbyusingoligosaccharinsinlargescalecultureinthefuture.
