摘要 Threeanti-keratinMAbswereusedtoidentifykeratinsexpressedinearlyembryosofBufobufogargarizans.MAbAF5recognizedthreepolypeptidesofkeratininoocytes,fertilizedeggs,uptoneurulawithMrof68,65and60Kdrespectively.Attailbudstage,threeotherkeratins(62,58and54Kd)begantoexpressandcouldbedetectedbyAF5.MAbsD10andK12gavedifferentresults,bothofthemcouldidentifyfourkeratin-likemoleculeswithunusualmolecularweights(Mr98,95,30and27Kd).Moreover,D10couldalsodetecta54Kdkeratininneurulaandtailbudstageembryos,whileK12couldreveal,beside54Kdkeratin,otherfourmorekera-tins(68,65,62and60Kd).Thepossibleinterpretationoftheseresultsandtheirimplicationsarediscussed.
