摘要
Takingadvantageoftheprogressofroll-bondingtechnology,theintegrityofthematerialtechnology,andthedevelopmentoftheproductionandexaminationfacilitiesofallthemaincarbonsteels,stainlesssteelsandspecialtyalloysinBaosteel,thecladdedflatnewproducts,whichcombinedbothpropertiesofbasematerialandcladmaterial,havebeendevelopedandproducedinlargequantities.Theproductcategoriesincludesheavyplateswithhighalloycontentandhomogeneousdistributioninthicknessandcarbonsteelplatescladdedwithallkindsofstainlesssteels,nickelalloys,andtitaniumalloys.Thedouble-sidedandsingle-sidedcladdinghotrolledstripsandcoldrolledsheetswerealsocommerciallyproduced.Duetothecombinedpropertiesofboththecladdingmaterialandbackingmaterial,allproductsshowobviousimprovementinpropertieswhencomparedwithsolidmaterial.Thecomparabilitywiththeexistingproductionprocessandequipmentlaidaverysolidfoundationforhighproductivity.
